Domestic Shipping The amount is shown on the online order form. Within the US, all initial order shipments are sent by UPS ground. This means we cannot ship orders to Post Office boxes. Domestic orders are sent by UPS. They will send tracking information through Quantum View to your email address.
International Shipping For international rates, the amount shown is an estimate for air parcel post. Your order will be shipped by the fastest method that falls within the indicated rate. We do not guarantee arrival of such shipments, only that they have been shipped. There is no tracking number available on international shipments. If you want to ship by Global Express, which is insured and trackable, please add a note and we will let you know the additional cost.
Secure Payment by Credit Card We accept MasterCard, VISA, and Discover. If paying by credit or debit card, use the online shopping system. On the shopping cart, select Secure Online Credit Card Transaction. If you are a Texas resident, select the resident of Texas check box. Then click the Purchase button. A form is displayed that allows you to enter your vital information. Click the Enter button. A secure credit card form is displayed, in which you can enter you credit card information. When you have completed this form, click the Submit Transaction button. This sends your order to us and your credit card information directly to our bank, where it is charged immediately. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order.

Using this form as a reference, call us with your order. If we're not in, leave a message and we'll give you a call to take your payment.

An order form is displayed, showing our mailing address and your order. Print this form, enclose a check or money order, and mail it to us. Make checks payable to Great Hall Games.
Sorry, No Payment by Cash If all you have is cash, take it to a convenience store or post office and ask for a money order. Then mail us the money order to the address given below.
Back Orders On occasion, we may be out of stock of a particular item. In such cases we will advise you by email of the expected delivery time. If you do not want to wait, we will credit back to your charge card the cost of the item, plus any shipping/handling fees.
